15 years of NCB not being used - what car....?

Ok - I have 15 years of NCB not being used.

don't want to spend a fortune, say sub 5k preference and definitely sub 10k - I have 20 months left to apply it so something or lose it.

What interesting* car would you buy?

(I do know I can apply it to one of my current cars, but the policy they are on don't require it)
