Worms is definitely still a go to when I've got friends over, still a fantastic game but you have to limit some of the over powered weapons now

Concrete donkey doesn't bounce around any more so if you land it on top of someone or a few in a nice vertical line, they will all die. satisfying but if everyone has multiple, the game will be over quickly

Overcooked is another option if you want to try and work together (or not)

Speedrunners is a good competitive arcade game

Jackbox party pack (Get the one with drawful included) is pretty fun, think modern day pictionary - more for pre-drinks or family events than boys night in though

Most EA sports games have 4 player - try something american maybe? NHL, Madden?

I'll put in a recommendation for overcooked too. We had good fun playing it, well 3 of us did who are competent enough to work as a team then theres that one in the corner who can't follow basic instructions.
