Outlook 2003 - attachments to addressee only?

[hut49]

Is it possible in sending an email, to have attachments only go to the addressee without going to people who are copied on the email? I'm trying to avoid clogging up folks bandwidth when they are on the road perhaps dialling in to get their mail, knowing the frustration that unwanted bulky attachments can cause.
