Just acquired my first ever Porsche, (Boxster S '08, 40k) and I am thrilled with it. Looking for advice/opinions on local servicing. Has anyone had experience of an outfit in Ferryhill, Quicksale Sports and Performance, or can you suggest other reliable providers? The vehicle has a full main dealer service history but the trek upto Silverlink is a drag and their hourly rates scare me to death.

Nelson Porsche in Stockton. Wouldn’t take my 911 anywhere else.

Thanks, I've seen them recommended on a couple of other forums.

I’m happy to recommend D&G Motor Engineers. They probably have more collective experience with Porsche than the local OPC and have never let me down. However, they’re just around the corner from Silverlink.

There is a new OPC at Preston Park. They are very helpful and have a number of discount packages available as well as a loyalty card system.

Otherwise I have used Redline Racing at Thornaby. Very good and nice to look round their workshop if you want to wait.

I'll 2nd that, used them recently, and would happily do so again.

Anyone used Hangar 18 near OPC Teesside?
