Skoda Service plans

My TSI VRS Octavia is coming up for 3 years old so the service plan is finishing and I have the extended warranty cover so was intending to keep getting it maintained by my local dealer in the future and probably keeping it one or two years more as its only done 20k

Getting quoted £453 for 2 services (1 major and 1 minor) and 2 MOT's and it includes brake fluid and air con services

This seems like a no brainer to me , can anyone think why I shouldn't do it ?
