CarPlay/Android Auto and connecting two phones simultaneousl

[A900ss]

Hi,

I know that the regular discover infotainment will allow 2 phones to be connected simultaneously over Bluetooth.

If I connect a phone via AA or Car play, can I still connect another via regular BT or does the AA/CarPlay lock the Bluetooth out?

I’ve got a Passat on order that has Discover media and AA/CP and plan on using Android Auto to connect my personal phone for maps and music whilst connecting my work iPhone via Bluetooth just for phone calls..... If I can.....

Thanks in advance.
