I have 4 pot brembos on my Megane 275 which have easy to swap pads.

Any thoughts on switching between road and track pads using the same discs? Would it have any adverse effect?

And do you really need to change between them ?

No real issue other than perhaps a slight wearing/bedding in time after each change.

It depends on the two pad compounds, there can be huge differences. Some track pads won't run on the road at all.
Then there is the insurance or safety issue if you happen to be in a serious accident and your car gets inspected.

In answer to your question, no there are likely no issues as both sets of pads will bed in to the discs.

You will use the road pads for some time & they will bed together, then you will go on track & they will bed to the disc's wear pattern & each time you do it there will be a short bedding in period, in reality this is a few heavy stops at worst.

I have done this before on a car that had easy to swap pads & I wanted to preserve my £250 track pads for the track and use £30 Mintex for the road.

What possible adverse effect are you concerned about?

It's OK, but you would be best rebedding in the pads every time. I know EBCs and Pagids work best with part of the pad material becoming part of the disc.

If it were me I'd get a decent all round pad like the Pagid RS29.
