Hi guys,

Looking for a run around and decided to get a Smart fortwo.

Came across this Diesel on gumtree: https://www.gumtree.com/p/smart/2011-smart-car-for...

Firstly is the price reasonable?

Is it still worth buying a diesel with all the new rules I've been hearing about in 2020?

Thanks

I had one of these it was a great town car I remapped mine (I can't help myself) it was great with regards to the new regs if you live in London you'll get two years to change it.

That price is cheap do your checks & snap it up if it all checks out.

Thanks for your reply mate.

So after two years I’ll have to get rid of the diesel? I’m wondering if anyone will be interested or will I just have scrap it due to demand?

No if the rules come in in 2020 you will have to have changed cars by 2022, people will still buy it from you.
