Following the 'how much for a burger' thread smile I was taken to this place today by my OH.

£4.50 she paid for a small sized, basic juice comprising mostly of water and cucumber, and place was chock full of 95% women happy to pay for it. Did some reading up and the rate it is spreading it is being regarded as the new Starbucks. They do sell coffee and sandwiches along with the juice/yoghurt/smoothies.

They don't 'hire' staff, you attend a 'casting' https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MBoEhWMocME and there are allegations that they go for all male frontline staff who are outgoing and flirty and percentage of female staff is pretty low.

Menu board lists calories for everything, which is good, and should be mandatory everywhere.

Danish background and now all the way to the USA. Any fans?

It sounds like utter nonsense to me, but as I'm staggered by the pantomime that we've all subscribed to every time I walk into a Starbucks/Costa etc, I'm hardly the target customer.

One opened recently round the corner from me, Fulham Road, Chelsea.

Immediately busy.

Can't vouch for clientele or staff, never been, can't afford.

Fair play to them if they can get people to pay almost a fiver for a cucumber water.

Capitalism at its finest. /gekko
