Cerbera: Books on the engine?

Evening all,

So, as the title suggests, I am after material on the Cerb. Naturally the forums are priceless when it comes to info however...

I am not a mechanic but would love to learn more about the Cerb V8s.

Also, which book do you think would make a good read for learning engine basics? I remember one book title being praised but I forgot the name.
