Audi A3 Convertible S-Line 2014 window opening problem

I have just recently bought an Audi A3 Convertible. I really like the car but it has a strange fault. If i close the convertible roof all windows close properly as part of the hood closing sequence apart from the rear right window which opens. Does anyone know how to resolve this so all of the windows close when we close the convertible hood? Advice appreciated.
