Good Morning,

I`m due to have a 75 Panasonic TV installed in the coming weeks, this will be recessed flush into a custom made cabinet.

I still have`nt chosen a TV mount and have started to trawl the internet looking for ideas.
Have came up with these below so far but has anyone got any better models to go for or past experience of ones to buy.

https://www.sanus.com/en_GB/products/mounts/xf228/

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated

Out of those 3 we would always use the Future Automation ones.

Yes, they are expensive, but they work brilliantly for what you want them to do.

In your application, whenever the screen is pulled out of its recess, you want it to return in exactly the same way every time. With the action and design of thier wall mount, this is easily achieved.

With the Sanus one and every other one designed like it, there is no fixed route back into the wall, it could drift left or right, and only sit in its correct possition when fully back against the wall.

Hope that helps.

For reference the PS50 & PS60 has been superseeded by the PS55 & PS65, RRP Should be £446 & £600 respectively. The 40 remains and the RRP is £358. But happy to price match if interested.

The PS65 should give a rotate of about 43degrees, the PS55 about 35 and the PS40 about 27 when mounted to a 75" screen. These vary because of the different distances they pull away from the wall.

Hi,

Thanks for responses, for my purposes then the PS40 will be up to the job ?..as the tv will only be viewed from straight in front so no need for different viewing angles, we just need the recess option as its going to be installed into a custom made walnut media cabinet...

Then, yes the PS40 should be fine. Just need to check it will give you the correct vesa mounting points. Happy to supply if you want one.

Although if you dont intend to pull it out and back often the others would work, just harder to position.
