Pre Cat Diff bushes
Discussion
I am doing a body off job on a pre-cat. It is a very standard and original car and I really want to keep it that way.
Does anyone know who can supply the original sized diff bushes. Later Griffs and Chims had all three diff bushes the same size and these are easy to get. On the early cars the forward diff bushes are smaller. I have tried all the usual suspects (Racetech, TVR parts, RTRacing, Superflex), but so far cannot find anyone who can supply them.
Its not the end of the world, the commonly suggested solution is to buy the later diff brackets which will take the later bushes. However, as my existing brackets have just come back from the powder coaters looking all shiny, and I am trying to keep the car as original as possible, if I can find the original sized bushes, that would be my preference.
Any suggestions?

I've got the same on my Chim.
As far as I know if you go the poly bush route they can be simply be cut down to make them shorter - cut them in half if they are the single piece type. Might be a bit stuck though if you want the original rubber bushes.
