Dent/scuff repair near Southampton

Hi all,

My in law's neighbour reversed into my wife's car (mk2 cmax), left a dent on the car, small bit of paint removed and scuffed one of the wheels.

He came round to say it happened and asked my wife to not go through insurance. Then he offered me £20. I refused, he offered £40 then complained when I said it is going to be more but I don't know how much. He said he wouldn't pay more than £40. Grumpy old fk pissed me off so tempted to use his insurance, but I can't be assed declaring another non fault claim for 5 years on multiple insurance policies, I do want the car fixed and I think he is going to be a pita to deal with whatever happens.

Does anybody know a reasonably priced body shop near Southampton? I'll get some quotes, see how much he values his NCB. First quote came in at £250, perhaps not unreasonable but that would mean going via insurance.
