What product do I need to fix this

I've got an old 1984 merc and this weather (I think it may be from the salt on the road), is causing the below marks to appear all over the body work.

What product do I need to get rid of them? The local scratch and swirl uses some pink stuff and that gets rid of it.

I suspect just a very light polish would probably do the job. Grab a bottle of Autoglym Super Resin from Hafords, barely any cut to it but should leave a nice shine and remove those marks.
