Rhinoplasty - any recommendations?

My nose was broken a very long time ago (as a child). It is rather bent. It is long past time I did something about correcting it. The nasal bone will need breaking and re-setting, so not a quick tweak.
Deciding that is the easy bit. The hard bit is that, frankly, private cosmetic surgery seems a bit of a minefield - everyone is a "Harley Street" this and a "world-class" that. Given how much is spent on consulting rooms and marketing materials, clearly there's a lot of money in it - which in turn attracts the charlatans. Lots of horror stories out there.
So, err, does anyone have any recommendations? I understand that this can be sensitive, so if anyone would prefer to PM rather than posting in public then great. And I realise that just because things went well for you doesn't mean they'll go well for me.
Just after some "reviews" if you will from people who aren't obviously being paid to write them.
Right now I divide my time between London and the Yorkshire Dales, so travel not really an issue.

If you want your surgery done in Yorkshire then I would recommend a plastic surgeon called Nick Rhodes - fantastic surgeon and a really good guy.
If you want your surgery done in London then I would recommend Bassim Matti
Whoever you pick make sure they are on the GMC specialist register for Plastic, Reconstructive & Aesthetic Surgery, are a member of BAPRAS or BAAPS
There are also some very good ENT surgeons who undertake rhinoplasty surgery but I don't know any of them.
