Try orangewheels.co.uk - I've bought my last 2 Audis from them (through Inchcape dealerships) and generally beaten local dealers / online brokers on price.

Bought an S3 almost a year ago to the day - I think the deals were much better then but just dug out the pricing for you :-

List price from the invoice P11D - £43,480
Amount paid - £37991
So about 12.5%

Can also thoroughly recommend DriveTheDeal.com - have used their site for years as a reference point and was buying a Skoda Fabia for my son earlier in the year.

I didn't have time for the usual back and forth with the dealers, the local one wanted me to go and spend a couple of hours with them - so went ahead with the DriveTheDeal option. Taking delivery in 3 weeks of a factory order and so far it has been completely seamless.

Was a bit worried about the dealer not being that bothered given the discount level but could not have been further from the truth, the service level and communication has been excellent. Will be buying all my cars going forwards this way!

Same experience here. The cheapest I could find (VW rather than Audi but close)

Thanks all, how do the brokers work if you have a part ex? Also what’s the general consensus on future value of a factory order but low spec versus a 6 month older highly specced car in say 3 years time. I.e. one car would be 6 months older, 1 owner less and be a lower spec.? Presume there would be little difference on p/ex values?

Generally they won't or at best might offer you trade price. You'll be better of selling it yourself to a local dealer or privately.

It would
Depends how much extra spec and how much mileage to determine the delta in price. You could look at values for a high spec 64-plate S3 vs a standard 15-plate today to get an idea.
