My Eunos roadster has a beautiful Nardi steering wheel but is spoilt by a tatty gear knob.



Time for a refurb



Ultra fine wire wool:



Solvent to get rid of all the oil grease and dirt from hands:



A few coats of lacquer:



Restored to former glory:



Satisfying little winter project!

The car was a gift from my wife last year to give me something to tinker with that was not blonde and half my age. Seems to be doing the trick so far!
