Delivery can be a little slow, and if you order wrong or they send wrong item out, had a radiator that wasn’t for my car even though listed, returns takes an age, I can’t remember how long but it must of been nearly if not more than a month for cash back in account after first contact.
Prices are very good and I’ve always had what I ordered, great for quality parts for something worth spending the money on, or if your prepared to wait delivery times, not so great if in a rush, but that’s hardly worth complaining about, they also have a fairly extensive list of parts and I can order stuff off the shelf I can’t get anywhere else.
Edit: I wouldn’t use for service items ime, ECP or GSF usually works out better and more convenient

Hit or miss with this group of companies.
Cheap prices for major brands, however they have a habbit of changing your order and adding their own brand stark.
They give stark 3 years warranty which to them makes their parts superior. Might just gor approved technitians though?
14 days waiting average.
They honour discount codes.
Free delivery over £120 otherwise £8
Misleading .co.uk website
Guessing they are the German version of euro car parts with all their different websites.
Does anyone know how they get away with sending stark parts instead of parts you originally ordered?
Like i say very hit or miss, if you are planning on doing work on your car purchase parts from here 1 or 2 months earlier and you should have everything you want ready.
If your car just failed it's mot, id say eurocarparts or Amazon prime.
Not tried gsf on mail order yet.
Hard to rate this company.
5* when good, 1* when bad but generally always slow!

I've used autodoc a few times for my Mercedes 190. Delivery takes 4-7 working days, which is somewhat expected as the parts come from Germany. They've never tried to cheap me out by switching the Lemforder parts for Chinese no name crap. If you can stand the delivery times, I see no problem using them.
Ive had to bounce this as Ive placed three orders and autodoc are refusing to accept returns for parts which are incorrect for the car despite their system stating they are compatible when they are in fact not.
I ordered some discs based on their matching

Would that suggest to you that the parts are going to fit or in fact might not fit? Obviosly they do not fit my s211 E320 CDI and they refuse to accept a return. Im not sure of my rights with a german company.

I ordered a cambelt kit and a water pump from them a couple of weeks ago,I have used them before and the service has been fine.
Nothing arrived and I had no info from the courier so I contacted ad on their website asking for an update.
Apparently dpd have delivered it already, not to my house they haven’t, 6 houses on our street and not there either, no card through the door.
Told ad I still want the parts, they sent me a document to fill out, I did but without the info from dpd as they never contacted me about the delivery, ad want the document filling out correctly, I have emailed them today asking for a sample of a correctly filled document, I have reminded them that I have no info from dpd.
I have also asked for (5th time) dpd proof of delivery.
I shall just have to wait and see.

I bought some items from them but I would strongly advise that you give them your VIN number and get them to confirm the parts will fit your vehicle, I found that parts that were specified for my merc they said would not fit and told me I needed a diffferent part number which the website said it dident fit my car.
so I paid the extra £3 for free returns and ordersed the bits , and they did fit. but if i had followed the website they would not have.

I basically rebuilt my Corolla with them. I've found them to be very good, and 95% of the time I get what I need.
Only time I've been cheapened out of parts is when it came to disc pads and disc brakes. I ordered Blue Print parts, Starkk came in the post. Their argument was that the Starkk parts were more expensive so I've got a good deal. I haven't driven the car yet so can't comment on the quality of the brakes really. I bought a crank sensor from them actually for a Subaru Legacy I owned, when ECP wanted nearly £250 for it I got it there for about £16.
But like others have said, if you can wait for the parts then they're brilliant and I wouldn't use them for service parts as ECP/GSF/Local motor factors are cheaper.

Agreed 100%. I would have thought ordering parts for a German car from a German website there would be a good chance of matching parts correctly. Unfortunately I've had three mistakes for Mercedes cars on simple parts. (brakes / engine mounts)so I paid the extra £3 for free returns and ordersed the bits , and they did fit. but if i had followed the website they would not have.
I have finally managed to convince them to accept a return on the disks which didn't fit my car.
In their defense the technical team do seems to match correctly based on VIN and it feels like this would have helped my situation.
I will always pay the £3 and check with the technical team with VIN if I use them again.
I bought RS4 discs and brake pads. cheaper than I found anywhere else for oem Brembo discs and ferodo pads. I actually bought too many pads and I got in contact and they sent all details for shipping back to them and full refund on the extra. Again delivery was a little slow but no real trouble for me

After repeated emails and them ignoring my requests for proof of delivery (apparently 26/2/19) I received another email today saying they will be another 4/6 weeks to solve the dispute.Nothing arrived and I had no info from the courier so I contacted ad on their website asking for an update.

I rang Lloyd’s and spoke to the lovely Jenny in Belfast, told her everything and she has refunded my money, they are now contacting autodoc for POD, if they can prove they delivered it then the bank will contact me to counter it, we shall see if they mess Lloyds around as much as me.
Latest update, after Lloyds involvement I suddenly got proof of delivery, despite their 4/6 weeks to resolve email.
The proof of delivery has a date on it, 25/02/19, I was informed it had been delivered on the 26th.
There is no recipient name or address on it and it has been signed for by what looks like “Ryan”
Now I’m not ryan and neither is my wife, there are no Ryan’s on the street...........

Well I now have some answers, just not from autodoc who are ignoring me.
I messaged dpd on their Facebook page and showed them the proof of delivery and explained the situation.
Within 8 hours they informed me that my stuff had been accidentally delivered to a business address in Mann island, Liverpool, their driver did not go back and collect it.
I have already reordered the parts so do not require them, they are sending them back to autodoc when they find them.
Regarding my reorder, I stayed away from ad, used buy***parts.co.uk, guess who confirmed my order, flippin autodoc. At least I have received order confirmation and dispatch confirmation and tracking numbers this time, all I can do now is cross everything and hope for the best.

I've bought several orders from autodoc. on the last two I noticed that they had swopped my chosen named parts for stark parts without asking.I checked every part I ordered to make sure they were shown as 'In Stock' before ordering.
Fortunately I noticed differences on the (ON LINE ) orders and emailed them straight away to ask them to explain the difference. Both times I was told that there could be a 24 to 48 hr delay to source the original parts. They will change back to the original parts if asked. They state that they give a 3 year warranty on Stark parts which (in their opinion) is better.
So here's what happens. You order online and confirm and pay for your order and the order displays the parts you have chosen - great. You get a confirmation email which has the same part numbers - perfect. Go back to your online order details in your autodoc account and the parts may have changed to Stark parts. The change is so fast that I am suspicious that that the changes could be automatic.
Bottom line. If you order, you should get what you order. If they are genuinely unable to supply or out of stock, or delayed, they should contact you first. Swopping parts without asking is just unprofessional. If you fit parts on a regular basis then you will know the brands you prefer/reliable/quality. You will also know that warranties on most cheaper standard parts are virtually useless. The cost of fitting is usually greater than the part. Who wants to re-fit parts that should have lasted 10 years but failed at 1. If you order your chosen branded parts that's what you want. Who is going to strip a part after a year and bother sending it back to Germany or wherever for inspection to be told its fair wear and tear etc.
So, if ordering from Autodoc check you online order, check you email order, go back to the online order several times in the next few hours and recheck that your parts are the same. If not email them and ask them why, and if you want your preferred named brand part, ask them to supply what you asked for.

so as an update to the swopped stark parts that replaced well known branded parts in my order--. I (now stupidly think IMO) accepted the stark parts as I was in a hurry to get the job done. This was a big WRONG. The first part was damaged and the second part didn't fit --out of spec or just the wrong part in the wrong packet. Looked like the original part apart from when I measured it but it was out enough not to fit. After stripping the car part out and trying and failing to fit the new one -aargh total frustration. Then I had to measure everything to find out why. Then contact the supplier - send photos of everything, get asked the same questions again and again.Every time is a different person, who doesn't seem to read emails.
So I make a mistake over brands - I should have insisted on my original branded parts.
