What is the best way to insure multiple vehiicles that can be driven by our employees?

We had some ridiculous quotes looking at fleet (6-7 cars)

Ended up staying individual with each amassing their own no claims

the thing with fleet insurance is that it is rated completely differently to single vehicle policies. NCD isn't used, and most insurers like to see a 3 year fleet claim history. Not having a fleet history is like getting credit without a credit history.

In the first couple of years this means you end up paying over the top. However, with a good 3 year history you pay comparative peanuts, and benefit from the open driving restrictions
