Setting up the suspension?

I'd be interested to see where you guys have your suspensions set. Thus far, I just set mine in the middle on front and back until I could really get it out and drive it.

I have noticed a fair amount of understeer while doing high speed corners under power. I have not begun suspension set up but wondered what you guys have done to dial some of it out.

I dug around in the archives and found one thread mentioning 25 clicks from softest rear and 15 clicks front. Pretty typical?

Also, how are your rear wings set with main plane and flap?
