SERIOUSLY???

This is getting a bit ridiculous, surely? Who in their right mind (although of course, people will) would pay £240k for a Rangie which, from 10 yards away, could be a Velar, with it's carefully concealed rear door handles, at 1/4 of the price?

Presumably you could throw a Velar and your wallet at Mr Kahn and have something just as trashy for half the cost anyway?

Perhaps they think that the 2-door premium on the RRC means they can double the price of an L405 and get away with it?

I really, really don't get this. At all. I'm a long-standing, many-owning Solihull fan but they need to stop just keeping on re-using the stretch handles in Photoshop and come up with something a bit more original now.

ETA: I should have added, that's the base price and there are another £100k of options which can be added......

The Velar has a very unappealing bulbous hangy-out rear end. Spending an ~£200k extra to avoid that pouting derrière is good value in my opinion.

I saw an interesting comment by a journo that this RR is aimed at people who don’t want something that looks obviously v expensive (like th hideous bentayga) - going for a subtle look. In which case the it looks like a Velar is kind of the point
