996 belt replacement?

Hi...anyone know how to change the polyrib/rubber belt on a 996 (1999)?...I can take the air filter housing off easily enough but can't see a belt tensioner to slacken the belt off...maybe I'm just blind.... but I would appreciate being pointed in the right direction before I start loosening everything I can see!
