Pedal stack height, changing pedals

Have just got hold of some Garmin vector 3 pedals, currently riding shimano spd-sl pedals (dura ace 9000).

What’s the best way of measuring stack height, so I can adjust my saddle to accommodate the new pedals if needed ?

I have in mind that the dura ace are 13.7mm
