Handepay anyone use them ?

We moved to them last year, been no problems at all.

One thing to consider is that they don't actually do the processing of the transaction (e.g. Handling the authorisation request to and from the bank of the card holder, the sending of the transactional info to Visa / MasterCard, settling the cash into your account, calculating most of the fees you are charged etc). That's all done by another firm behind the scenes. At least Barclaycard (and First Data, Elavon, Worldpay and others) actually perform the services you are paying for. Might not be an issue for you but if something goes wrong Handepay have little direct control / ability to fix it. Also take a careful look at the terminal rental agreement....

A number of businesses have gone over to them round here. General consensus is they're very good.

Used them for three years without an issue. Prices seem reasonable and also left Barclaycard. Just looking around now to see if anyone can beet the renewal prices.
