BMW App. - Send To Car

I’ve used the app several times but now it’s stopped sending destinations to the car. I can see where the car is, how much fuel I have & the range so there’s a connection.

When I put in a destination and try to send it to the vehicle the app tells me that the destination has been sent to the car BUT it doesn’t arrive.

Any ideas?

It's a fault at BMW Germany. Been issues for weeks now. I can't purchase rtti either.

Thanks for that. My 'Genius' man at BMW didn't know there was a problem and wanted to re set my account. I'm out of the country for a while now so hopefully back to normal when I get back.

My app is now saying last updated 8 March. The speedo reading, fuel level & range are all wrong.

Thoroughly unimpressed with this system.

Mine seems fine so can't be a total failure.

I've always had the odd intermittent error sending destination info to the car but it usually resolves itself when I restart the app.

I've been trying to purchase RTTI and Online for over a week as mine had expired. I kept getting 'Process failed'. They've now pushed the purchase though manually, however the apps have not updated correctly in the car. In fact I've now lost more functionality. All very frustrating!
