Are these sierra cosworth items?

I went rather daft on a sideways mission yesterday and have broken the O/S inner CV joint.

Can anyone help?

The car is now stranded in Chesterfield and i really need to get it back.

Bad luck mate - can't help with the cv joints but Joospeed is around this area and he plays with Nitrons (same sort of area) all the time and might be able to help!!

Got this number from his website via his profile and 01246 is Chesterfield - 01246 456660.

It was not the inner CV joint but the drive shaft had sheared off on the outer circlip retainer ring.

looks like a call to douglas Valley for me !!!

Welded the old one up to get me home

Mine had a habbit of failing here at the stress raiser (can't think why ), in the end Tower View supplied some custom mad GKN half shafts that didn't have this circlip.

Sorry to here about you mishap.

There are two types of drive shaft, a standard Ford Sierra/Granada one and a larger diameter Cosworth one (as fitted to my S) The OD of the CV bearing remains the same, so you can upgrade the shafts without changing any other component. Bearings are around £40 each.
