F30/F31 iDrive Sport Setup question

So its possible to set up 'Sport' Mode for either the Chassis only, Drivetrain only, or both.

I have it for Drivetrain only, as I prefer the softer suspension and less weight on the steering,....but if I then want to turn DSC off it auto-resets the driving mode back down to comfort (I can tell this is the case as if I drop down a level from there it goes straight into eco-pro).

As I understand it, Sport+ is both Chassis and Drivetrain in Sport (you dont get to choose one or the other), with DSC off. At least, it certainly feels it from the harshness of the ride and the weight of the wheel.

So am I right in thinking that I cant have Sport mode, Drivetrain only, with DSC off?

The closest I can get to having my perfect setup just seems to be Comfort with DSC off.


Bonus question, when driving in Europe, will the Speed display in the HUD convert to KPH, or is it possible to set it up for this?

I have had too many sunday beers to understand that q Just want to say I dont do sport much because the heavy steering that comes with it is pants

Exactly! But you cant have Drivetrain only in Sport, with DSC off. It just odd.

Correct. You can however, use Sport+ which enables DTC, a half way in between kind of thing.
