Yeah, thanks for the concern.

They did it on goodwill so fair play to them.

Hey Versuvius, congratulations! Nice one!
Must be really special having your P&J on a front cover, especially a first issue.

Congrats, nice pics, well buffed up!

Your machine is just like mine, except I have Sport Design II wheels. Lots of people have commented on the colour, of which perception changes according to the light.

I had my coolant tank changed pre-purchase, the splitting seems to happen a lot.

What I said..

Depending on the light the colour can appear blackish, dark grey, purple, even a bit reddish!

Lovely! I had a '98 c2 manual Vesuvius with savanna as my last 996 for 5 years. The colour is rare and just awesome! First used on the 993 c2S. I’ve never seen a turbo or GT3 in that colour though.

Seen the mag today, very nice pictures & interview, very glossy and clean!

Mine looks like it has a sandstorm on top ot it today - what was in today's rain?

Oh well, time to get out the Flash car wash system at the weekend!

Well thanks, although I haven't seen it yet!!

Was a bit worried about the interview as it was written by the journalist after a phone interview, so I don't even know what was in it!! Anyone car eto enlighten me as to what it says??!

Ah well, guess I'll have to wait a couple more days.

Looked nice in the mag.

My favourite though was the Maritime Blue 964RS going round the track with the German style number plate at the front.

Is that legal over here, as he had a normal British plate at the back?
