Who knows the best for getting this lot back in place.

Been struggling for last couple hours with the injectors being oriented at 90 degrees to each other its proving challenging.

So is it best to fit injectors to intake then put fuel rail on or vice versa ?

Any tips very welcome.

Fit them in the rail first and then offer the whole assembly down into the manifold.

Then offer up the brackets over the four bolts and tighten them evenly

Make sure you fit new o rings top and bottom and lubricate them with a smear of Vaseline.

It was quite easy this way.

Brilliant thanks.

New o rings spacers and filters in place.
Have been using smear of 'fairy liquid' so far but will try some vaseline, good insight thank you.

Don’t push them all the way home until you have all 8 in there spouts
Then push down evenly

When I did it I was surprised that they don't go in as far as you think they should go.

Make sure you also clean all the holes in the manifolds too before fitting them as a piece of crap could easily tear an off ring.

All the above is the correct and easy way to do it.

As said above, it is surprising how deep the injectors will go into the manifold apertures.
When you fit the clips that retain them into the injector rail, you will have to gently wiggle each injector up until the slot lines up in the injector rail so you can push the clip into the correct place.
