I've been investing in the Relendex IFISA for 6 months now https://www.relendex.com/statistics
Secured P2P lending typically paying 8.5% pa. People tend to go for multiple fairly small loan amounts of say £500 to £1,000 which they can subsequently sell to another investor before the (generally 12 month) maturity under their resale market. Admin platform seems quite slick. Mostly the loans are to fund small-scale property refurbs with a 1st charge, sometimes a personal guarantee as well, generally residential with occasional commercial properties.

Proof of the pudding will come when the first of my loans mature next month.
