Messed up paint job

Ive just had my bonnet and bumper sprayed on my car and the car had to back as the bumped was a bad match when i went to collect the car the bonnet had over 100 little bubbles in the paint what is this and does anyone know whats happend to my car whilst at the body shop

You can bet nor properly cleaned with pre paint cloths or moisture in the air while spraying. In all a badly prepared job I would say
