If you open the boot of your Tuscan and look in on the side where the badge is on the outside, just below on the inside there are two black plastic discs one each side a bit lower down.
The plastic bits have a lip inside the whole and can be a real bitch to get out, you could try levering a screwdriver in to the hole and ease them out that way
Mine are still loose in the boot from when i bought the car. Tried to put them back in the holes, and thats a complete bugger too, so just left them rolling around in there. They seem happy enough, ha ha.
