Chimaera heater adjuster LEDs

If you want to renew or fix your heater LEDs then below is a list of the ones I used on my Chimaera. The part numbers are in brackets and I found these from finding the best information I could about the heater adjuster, LED suppliers and spares from the internet. No guarantee these are exactly the originals but I did the best I could finding the part numbers and I think the result looks good. All components are readily available if you do some internet searches and the total cost for me was <£10. I tidied up the holes in the fascia using needle files and bonded the components back into place using 2 component expoxy glue. I reused the original resistors except one that had a break at the resistor body.

LED 5.6mm yellow 4mcd 100° KINGBRIGHT ELECTRONIC (L-323YD)

RS Pro RS Series Axial Fixed Resistor 680O ±5% 0.25W -500 ? +350ppm/°C (707-7656)

3mm heat shrink to cover the resistors and LEDs legs.
