A4 b5 1.8t turbo upgrade

Hi everyone have a 1.8t apu engine code have just brought a turbo from a a4 b6 the bex engine code which is the 190bhp engine got all the other modes to support it bigger injectors bigger manifold all that my question is how hard is it to remove my turbo and put the new one in I am no mechanic but know my stuff
