huntingdon cop gets off speeding ticket

I've put this here cos I don't think it has anything to do with speeding, it's another injustice. An off duty senior ranking cop got let off a speeding fine because.........the hand held camera was deemed to be in the wrong place, I spose the good news is 6 other punters had to be let off as well
