Spongy brake pedal.

Hey guys, looking for some advice on my brakes. After a recent track evening I have noticed that my brake pedal feels a bit spongy. I know that I will have to bleed them at the calipers but I've noticed that on one of the front calipers that the bleed nipple is broken. Anyone got any advice on how to bleed that caliper.
