BMW F30/F31 Added Extras? (unpicking)

Hi all,
I'm thinking of getting a second hand BMW F31 and I'm struggling to find nitty gritty detail on exactly what extras a particular engine choice will get you,

Such as these two below:

320d vs 325d

and

320i vs 328i


For example, I have heard in some places that the 325d gets bigger brakes and duel exhaust tips over the 320d???

Any help would be appreciated!

Same engines, but different power mapping.

I think the older 20d's had a single pea shooter - many upgrade to a dual, easy job.

On the F30 I think all models bar the 340i get twin exhausts on the nearside. The single exhaust was on the E9x series.

As for brakes, I think the lower models all have 340mm discs with 370mm discs with the optional M Sport/M Performance braking system.

The 320 both I and d had single exhausts for some time the newer ones LCI (perhaps) have 2 side by side, you get bigger brakes with the 330d IIRC other than that they are basically the same cars.

M sport plus package which included the upgraded blue breaks could be put on any car as an option so you could have the baby 320d having the big brakes or you could get a 340 with standard brakes it’s all on options.

Exhaust is an mentioned tho
