Cruise Control question

Hello all

I have a chance to get the cruise control switch to be added to the other 3 that I already have, so two questions.
1. Can the switch be added to the 3 that I have or there is a need to get the unit that contains the 4?
2. Is there anything else that should be added other than the cable?

The car is a 2005 987.1

If you Google cruise retrofit for 987.1 you will find the answers you need.

But to summarise you will need a new cruise stalk and bottom binnacle, although you can cut the hole you need in your existing one if you are handy with dremel. A complete kit is available from your local OPC.

The stalk comes with some wire and a connector, which can connected to the existing wiring loom behind the binnacle.

Once fitted you will have to get it coded by somebody with the right Porsche tool before it will work.

I read anything I could and understood that it can be done but for whatever reason I became uncertain. I plan to get the switch and ask an Indi or maybe an OPC to do the rest.
