Page jumping up and down when loading

This used to be an issue due to the adverts on the page, but at one point it was sorted, now its back and I am finding I'm pressing on topics, that then end up being something else due to the page moving, can it be fixed again?

Its been doing the same for me.

No, not Firefox, android based browser though, this issue was rectified a while back, annoying its back.
