280 Oil Pressure

Whats the minimum oil presure i should be seeing in a 280 engine?

I just run the engine and warmed it up to make sure everything is still working ok and was getting the following from my instrument pod

Water Temp 86oC steady
Oil temp 90oC and fairly steady but slowly rising
but the oil pressure fell to below 20psi at idle, should i be concerned?

As soon as i blipped the throttle it rose to mid to late 50's 'instantly'

Manual spec states 30 - 50 psi normal running, but pressure in Ford engines on idle dies very worryingly. Especially in hot weather. As it's picking up alright when it revs, you've got no probs.
