Yellow Tivs spotted in midlands

Wot the ef is gooin on, i must have seen at least eight yellow tvrs in warwichire, would someone fill me in, saw a nice red sagi aswell heading in the same direction.
You see i was taking my dog for a walk over one of the bridges, and i heard you all coming, so i stood and watched for must have been half an hour.
