Without a doubt, James Simpson.

+1 for Alan. Loved his Porsches.

I can name a few I wouldn't recommend, one still there and another left.

Tried to sell me a friends ex 997 GT3RS as one owner, never tracked car.

Bit of research showed me they didn't even own the car as it was at an independent in Milton Keynes with warped discs and a warranty claim outstanding.
It had been thrashed for 4 of its 5000 miles on Track, and had several owners. Lovely.

I received my £5k deposit back.

I know others with similar issues dealing with Leeds.

Absolutely. A top guy is James, bought my last three from him and referred people to him who also now rave about him.

I live in York, and bought one car from Leeds, and since then three from Cardiff. I actively avoid going there. I also went to their Ferrari showroom to buy a California. I wanted a blue one, and they tried to sell me a white one wrapped in blue. I bought one in Nottingham the same week.

The salesman I dealt with has left, but the Sales Manager is still there, on the used side.

After apologizing, and the excuse ' we can only sell a car on the information we have been given' they even had the temerity to ring me back and try and sell me a 991RS ....staggering

Most of that is 14 years old and Ferrari based.
