Adverts for watches

Just an idea but rather than keep banning people off the site for trying to let people know on the watch forum they have a watch for sale would it be possible for maybe a pop up or something to let people know there is a new advert been posted? I have placed a few ads to sell a watch at very good prices (one was a very sort after Rolex which was the cheapest on the net ) and didn't receive one reply! Or sort out your rules on this subject as others seem to get away with advertising!!
