Am I going to have to start again?

A couple of days ago I wire wheeled all the rust and paint off and etch primed an area of my chassis. I didn't get round to painting it as I had left some seam sealer to cure for 24h. It's only just gone and rained twice in the past 2 days...

The area isn't in direct contact with the rain but I'm assuming it got damp. Is this enough for it to start rusting under the etch primer? I'm assuming the etch primer's porous (u-pol acid etch in case you were wondering).
