F80 m3 width

Hi all
Been looking at the m3 as a possible next car trouble is I can’t find a measurement for the width with the mirrors folded in
Found a measurement with & without mirrors but that doesn’t tell me if it will fit in my garage!
Any help would be gratefully received before I start looking seriously

1.88 m without and 2.04 m with. I believe the mirrors, when folded, are flush with the bodywork, or in other words, 1.88 m is the width of the car that you can go by.

However, if your garage opening is less than 2.0 m it will still be a squeeze, though you get used to it no doubt.

I always though whenever you see a measure width without mirrors it was a measure with the mirrors folded. BMW - well a salesman - said the same.

That’s because no one takes the mirrors off to garage their car

We have a tight garage and we’ve just borrowed the demonstratir to make sure they fit and access is reasonable.

Ok thanks all makes it 40mm wider than my current car so will be tight but it should go in
