F12 changed for a 570GT

After years of Ferrari ownership I took the plunge and went “home grown”! The Ferrari’s from 328, 355 (x4), 599 and latterly a F12 have all been fabulous. Negligible depreciation, in fact the reverse in most cases, super reliable, and above all exciting and special. So why change. Well I admire what McLaren have achieved in a short time with their road cars and just had to scratch that particular itch. Tried a 570s and GT. GT won for its balance of performance, handling and every day practicality. One week in I’m fascinated by the evident difference in philosophy between these two marques. Neither one is better, they are just different, and all the better for it. The acid test will be in six months time!
