Assuming digital exam shows no issues, and no other symtoms, is PSA test worth having?

15% of normal PSA test results have prostate cancer. False negatives.
75% of abnormal test results do not have prostate cancer. False positives.

Assuming abnormal result, you are likely to have a biopsy which may incur complications such as bleeding and infections - despite 75% chance you're clear anyway.

There isn't much more to say, than hasn't been said on these two websites. Which are very balanced and are the result of a lot of research and thinking.

One of us isn't going to be able to explain it any better, and it's TRICKY.
