Internet marketing person - what job title to advertise?
Discussion
I need to recruit someone part-time or sub-contract who's job would be to keep our social media active and publish news to our blog, email newsletters to existing customers, publish articles to the trade press etc. Once upon a time it would be a marketing job but I think times have changed and I'm not sure what job title I should use in order to attract the right kind of person?
Social Media Person - personally I don't this one but it's one I've seen advertised a fair bit.
If you're looking for someone more technically minded in the media sense (they're able to do a decent job with images, videos, gifs etc) there's Social Media Producer.
Or just the plain old Internet Marketer.

You're looking for a content marketing person. The skills you list are about copy writing rather than digital skills per se.
I wouldn't want a digital person writing my copy, any more than a content marketer designing and running my advertising platforms! The skills needed to build and run FB or Adwords campaigns are very different from those needed to create content (by their nature the jobs often tend to attract different personality types).
