The info you need is on the General FAQ post (which has a sticky).

Yours will be the original spec (so won't have sunvisors, luggage cover, changed boot (so you can open it!) etc, unless retro fitted.

There aren't any problems as such, just minor revisions on the later cars.

Hopkins - mine is Jan 2003 and I bought it with no mods. There is nothing wrong with the car - very solid, no worries over it being one of the first.

I have, however, had a couple of mods fitted for one reason or another.

Main one was a cooling system mod because my car ran a little hot and was worried about the summer sun.

Opening the tailgate is a right pain in the arse on the cars without the little finger hole, but you get used to it... go for it

Mines 2003.

No sunvisors, no luggage cover.

It does however have the revised boot 'divot', so maybe its a very early 2003 thing.

Also, on early cars there was a problem with the rear 'skid plate' or lack of. At speed the air travelling underneath the car would crack bodywork, not good.

On later cars the radiator has also been respositioned.

Glove boxes on early T350's are shite & break for fun. Newer models are far better.

Think newer cars have improved stereo systems, ie 4 speakers instead of 2.

Oh, and did I mention that my car is for sale. 2003 model, Formula Red, Portland interior, £1500 stereo upgrade, 13000 miles & new tyres all round within last 1000 miles.

That depends, the latest ones have 3 speakers (a sub in the boot and 2 front speakers), 2004 models had 2 with an option to upgrade to 4 AFAIK.

Oh, didn't know that.

I did however know that just having 2 in the back was complete crap, especially when linked to the cheapest Pioneer sytem TVR could source.

Mine now has 2 rear, 2 front & a sub in the boot, sounds awesome, although only until engine is up to temperature, at which point the stereo is turned off.

Mine sounds really good (for a TVR stereo). I've got the speaker upgrade (4 pioneer speakers) and I'm a bit of a music geek but it really does sound well.

Not that it won't get replaced with decent kit when I get around to it

Thats exactly what I was offered on trade in.

I had done a deal on a GT2 & Porsche were giving me £27k as p/x. I though I would advertise it for the same amount, hence, if someone wanted one cheaper than normal they could haave it, and I didn't loose either way.

No one call, the GT2 deal is off, the T350 is in no rush to go & therefore it is still for sale but now for £ 28,750.

Will be getting sold either way in a couple of months.
